Arbor Terrace, Avondale Heights Victoria

Period beauty.

Primarily internal walls were applied with the use of timber batten and traditional solid plaster up until the 1960’s. Wall straightening is a tedious operation whilst preparing original walls for plaster sheeting. Mature Baltic pine softwood tongue and groove flooring was sourced, installed hinting a seemly feel with the original section of the home. Followed by the installation of picture rail moulding, architrave bottom block, large Victorian skirting and stained glass solid timber doors.
