Modern Architectural Grand Design.

Heavy timber and steel is part of the construction. External 3.4m wall construction was manoeuvred and straightened into place creating a frame to allow steel beam penetration with ease.

On the front and side of the building is an 8degree angled wall including a roof flowing through three floors. In one corner a skylight is built through two floors and complementing the box guttering are numerous parapet wall set back in the roof line showing definition and unusual brilliant character.
